Tenderizing Meat
Hi there!
Here’s a helpful tip.
In order to relieve work week stress, try tenderizing meat with your fist instead of a gavel or mallet. It is infinitely more satisfying.

So yes! I was at IKEA on Saturday, and I purchased a table and a lamp. It was so much fun there! I got Hatten there, as well as GRÖNÖ. There was a juggler at the entrance, a DJ inside, and Lingonberry *everything* at the restaurant.
As of this moment, I’ve decided that the best Cuban food in St. Pete can be found at Amelita’s Spanish/Cuban Cafe.
The people there are nice, the food is delicious, and they’ll even let you sample the pork before you buy it. They’ve got everything from roast pork with yellow rice to Cuban sandwiches (the Ybor kind!) to picadillo. And of course, they have the necessary sides of black beans, plantains, yuca, tamales, and papas rellenas. Go there, people!
In fact, I think I’m going to make a “Best Food Places” page, and this is going to be the first entry on it. You can find that page here.
