Menus

CSS Horizontal Dropdown menus that are standards-compliant are a pain in the @$$. I’ve been trying to get them working with both Firefox AND Internet Explorer for a lifetime now, without IE jumping the menus back and forth. A big thanks to Phill over at MyWebStuff.com for finding that one missing “display: block” that I seemed to be forgetting.

Rainstorm

I’ve had this song for years. It was originally on mp3.com, but when the site went down and changed into cnet mp3s, this song wasn’t carried over. Created by Michael Cruz in 1998, this song falls under the “Trance” genre and is a musical embodiment of his idea of a rainstorm. Get the song here.

Adobe Refiles Antitrust Papers

Will Adobe have too much of a monopoly if(when, actually) it buys out software giant Macromedia? Well of course it will — and then it will only have Corel for competition, not that Corel is really any competition…I’m going to miss my Macromedia make-sense context menus…
